Schedule
You can arrive for any part. If you plan on doing the free qigong intro class, you will only have to sign an activity waiver. We will stand the whole time, no mat needed. Supportive shoes (i.e. not sandals) without thick soles work best, or feel free to go barefoot.
Refreshments will include coffee, tea, bottled water and pastries, but you are encouraged to bring your own water bottles + hot cups to cut down on waste.
